Returns & Exchanges Made Easy – Within 3 Days

We at HI:FIVE strive to ensure that you love our products. we understand that sometimes the fit or feel may not be just right. that’s why we offer a hassle-free 3-day return and exchange policy for your convenience.

Return/Exchange Eligibility

You can initiate a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

• Is unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Is in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
• Return request is raised within the received return window.

Types of Returns Accepted

• Size Exchange – Available for all eligible products
• Defective or Wrong Item – We’ll replace it free of charge
• Returns for Store Credit – No refunds. Eligible returns will receive store credit valid for 90 days

How to Return or Exchange

1. Raise a Request
   Email hello@hi5world.com with your Order ID, issue details, and product images (if applicable) within 3 days of delivery
2. Reverse Pickup
   Once approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup from your address. Please ensure the product is securely packed.
3. Quality Check & Processing
   After we receive and inspect the item, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

• Products without original tags and packaging
• Customised or personalised products.
• Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked on the product page).
• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper washing.
• Items showing signs of wear or wash
• Products from sale/limited drop collections.
• Products that have perfume used on them
• Items that have any kind of stain or lipstick mark.

Refunds

Refunds will be provided:

• To the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking).
• Within 7–10 business days post return inspection.
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or wallet credit.

 

Legal Compliance

This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. All customer rights under these laws are respected.

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes and legal matters related to purchases, returns, or this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
